The Suite Rovere, located in the secondary building, is a studio apartment situated in the attic with a large terrace under the portico and an internal loft. It consists of a kitchenette with a dining table, a double bed, a double sofa bed in the loft (possibility of an additional bed or crib), and a bathroom with a spacious shower.
Warm and welcoming, the Suite Rovere has been completely renovated respecting the local tradition and using environmentally friendly materials. It is almost entirely covered with old oak planks and features a large window that overlooks the spacious terrace under the portico, equipped with a table and chairs, offering a beautiful view of the valley. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and hot water is provided by a biomass system. It can be accessed from the internal courtyard.
Ideal for couples and/or families, with four beds. Breakfast, if requested, is served in the common room on the ground floor of the main building with genuine products from our own or local production.
It has hot water, heating, air conditioning, refrigerator, equipped kitchenette, microwave oven, electric kettle, bed and bathroom linen, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, and a balcony with a table.
There is the possibility to use a shared washing machine.
